Our Story

Founded by civil engineers with extensive construction and infrastructure experience, the company draws on decades of industry knowledge through the leadership behind R.&V. General Contractor Corp., allowing P.R.I.Z.E. to approach every project with disciplined planning, engineering integrity, and a long-term vision for sustainable development.

In addition, P.R.I.Z.E. was created to expand beyond construction and engage in the strategic planning and development of projects from their earliest stages. By combining engineering expertise, disciplined planning, and a strong understanding of Puerto Rico’s regulatory and environmental landscape, the company seeks to transform well-identified opportunities into developments that generate lasting economic, community and environmental value.

Julio Valentín González, P.E.

Julio Valentín González is a civil engineer and construction executive with extensive experience in project management, infrastructure coordination, and commercial development throughout Puerto Rico. As founder and president of R.V. General Contractor Corp., he has led the planning and execution of projects across multiple sectors including commercial retail, industrial facilities, government infrastructure, and residential construction.

Through P.R.I.Z.E. Development, he brings this practical construction expertise to the strategic identification and development of new opportunities. His approach combines disciplined engineering practices, careful planning, and a long-term vision for projects that contribute to sustainable economic growth while respecting Puerto Rico’s environmental landscape.

Adalberto Ortiz Ramos, P.E.

Adalberto Ortiz Ramos is a civil engineer with significant experience in construction management, engineering coordination, and project execution across a wide range of development sectors. As project manager and partner at R.V. General Contractor Corp., he has contributed to the successful delivery of commercial, institutional, industrial, and infrastructure projects throughout Puerto Rico.

At P.R.I.Z.E. Development, he plays a key role in evaluating development opportunities, coordinating engineering and planning strategies, and guiding projects from concept through execution. His technical expertise and hands-on experience ensure that every initiative is grounded in sound engineering principles and practical feasibility.
